Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge and understanding of Baitul Mal, Legal Aid Institutions, and improve the quality of schools. This method of community service is seminars and discussions. The population in this community service activity is as many as 50 people who are managers and residents of Taman Kedaung, South Tangerang. The result of this community service is that all participants can establish Baitul Mal, a Legal Aid Institute, and improve the quality of schools at the Nurul Huda Mosque.

Abstract

UMKM in South Tangerang must be able to support the improvement of the economic competitiveness of Banten Province, economic growth, poverty reduction, and improvement of the standard of living of the population in Banten Province. Therefore, UMKM must be able to compete and be able to seize every opportunity so that they can continue to take part in the national economy. This is because many UMKM is more focused on operational activities so that recording and reporting are often neglected. Without good records and reports, UMKM performance evaluation is not easy to do. The Al-khoiriyah Foundation has an entrepreneurship program for teenagers that aims to make their lives prosperous. In the program to create entrepreneurs at the Al-Khoiriyah Foundation, the participants were provided with knowledge and knowledge about the preparation of UMKM financial reports, limited human resources to recognize financial reports, and educational background were also reasons they had not been able to disseminate financial reports. The purpose of this community service is to provide socialization about entrepreneurship and compile MSME financial reports in theory and practice. The method used is seminars and direct delivery of the material as well as simulations and discussions on UMKM financial reports in entrepreneurship programs. This community service concludes that teenagers and foundation administrators who have been running businesses independently hope to be able to compile UMKM financial reports to determine the sustainability of their business and can be used as a condition for getting additional business capital for them.

Abstract

Kaizen literally means "Improvement". This understanding gives broad meaning to the application of Kaizen in everyday life. The Kaizen concept is defined as continuous improvement with 5 (five) foundations, namely group activities, discipline, moral development, quality control, and suggestions for improvement that come from all relevant parties. Seeing this we consider the importance of Kaizen being applied in schools. One application of Kaizen is the preparation of financial reports, which in SDIT Al Inayah there are no financial reports. This certainly has an impact on the going concern of the school. The method of implementation was carried out with the first survey related to what was needed by the Al Inayah SDIT. It turns out that what is needed by SDIT Al Inayah is in line with our PKM theme, which is the preparation of financial reports. After that, for five weeks every week, twice, our team helped make financial reports in July-September 2019 SDIT Al Inayah by using an application system, which previously was still manual in several books. The result of this PKM is the realization of SDIT Al Inayah's financial reports in the application system for July-September 2019. In addition, SDIT Al Inayah now also understands the importance of making relevant and accountable financial statements.

Abstract

Community service (PKM) with the Community Empowerment House (RPM) Institute South Tangerang. The purpose of this PKM is to assist in the preparation of MSME financial report bookkeeping with simple techniques using the Ms. program. Excel. The UKM players involved in this PKM maybe 50 people with online training and mentoring on November 26, 2020 through the Zoom Meeting. The methods used in this PKM are counseling or lectures, tutorials, discussions, mentoring, and assessment. The results of the PKM is helping MSME players in understanding the problems of bookkeeping and composing as well as calculating the Cost of Goods Sold and recording and calculating inventory more accurately, assisted by Ms. Excel. UMKM players are precise and disciplined in doing bookkeeping using the Ms. program. Excel. It is hoped that this PKM can be useful for various parties including MSME actors themselves, the Indonesian Accountants Association, the Government, and academics. <w:LsdException Locked="false" Priority="50" Name="Grid Table 5 Dark Accent 2"/

Abstract

Community service activities for BUMDes Tegal Makmur in managing SOP. One of the BUMDes that has been running quite well is the BUMDes Tegal Sambi, Annual District of Jepara. Where in 2017, Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) inaugurated the Tegal Makmur Shop. In 2017, Rp60 million was disbursed for the physical construction of the store. Issues discussed in the management unit, BUMDes are administrative aspects, organizational aspects, and HR aspects. The solutions offered are 1) improvement and administration program, 2) Organization Strengthening Program, 3) BUMDes HR Improvement Program. The Implementation Method is carried out in three panes: 1) Preparation, 2) Implementation, and 3) approval. The result of this service is that the SOP which is used as a purpose of service can be developed and used in the business activities of partners. The benefits of SOP have also been felt by partners.

Abstract

This community service has a general goal to help partners set a strategy for promoting waste recycling handicraft products so as to attract public buying interest, an appropriate promotional strategy will greatly assist partners in marketing handicraft products. The theme of this PKM is Promotion Strategy, by involving lecturers and resource persons Lecturers in the Accounting Study Program from Pamulang University. The results of the PKM implementation carried out on 18, 19 and 20 June 2020 were adding knowledge in the field of marketing, especially about promotion strategies from the participants of the Sri Rezeki Waste Bank Management group in Benda Baru, South Tangerang, Banten. The response of the participants was very good and happy because it was very helpful in learning about the promotion strategy. The suggestion that was conveyed was the PKM activities in the future to be carried out continuously so that the participants would always get guidance in conducting promotional strategies so that handicraft products could attract people's buying interest. To the community to be more enthusiastic in collecting waste because it can provide high economic value.

Abstract

Professional competence as a pharmacist assistant really needs to be equipped with accounting and tax knowledge. Entering the business world, inevitably, in order to be successful, it must be done professionally, namely equipped with the skills to manage finances and taxes, so that in managing finances, students need to be equipped with this knowledge. The training programs that will be provided are accounting and tax. The program was chosen because it was considered important and was expected to provide education to these students. Accounting and tax materials are important materials as a provision for them to increase their ability to become entrepreneurs. By mastering accounting and taxes, it is expected that they can manage their business by compiling accounting and tax (fiscal) financial reports according to applicable standards.

Abstract

Community service by lecturers and academics who have qualified knowledge can be done to the public at any level, to provide solutions to problems faced with the aim of future improvement. The purpose of community service activities in the playgroup & kindergarten Little Bee House with the concept of "Home me" with the target participants is the POMG committee (Association of Parents and Teachers) in overcoming the problem of organizing documentation of activities that have been carried out both in hard form files and soft files and recording of financial statements in an accountable and consistent manner. Activities in the implementation of community service with the theme Towards Bookkeeping Accountably and Consistently. Dedication activities carried out by the S1 Accounting Study Program of Pamulang University lecturers on October 13-15, 2019 were welcomed by the headmaster of Little Bee House and parents involved in the management of POMG. By using counseling and mentoring methods, this activity is very effective in the form of time and material reception, besides being held indoors, this activity is also carried out in outdoor locations to absorb knowledge more quickly and have more enthusiasm. With the bookkeeping applied so far manually and the average education level of the POMG management is strata 1 level, proving that they need a sustainable mentor. The response of the participants was very good and happy because it was very helpful in learning about managing the accounting and recording of financial accounting in an accountable manner. This activity is expected to provide inspiration and motivation for future lecturers/researchers who will carry out the same/similar and sustainable activities, the knowledge provided can benefit the community, academics, and subsequent writers.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) which is called Community Service Activities was held from 6-8 July 2020 as a form to fulfilling the obligations of the higher education of Tri Dharma at Pamulang University. The purpose of this PKM is to Introduce Fundamental Investment and Financial Management Towards Independent Family For Majelis Taklim Al Auladiyah in Tangerang Selatan. Financial management for the family is needed so, therefore, all family needs such as food, clothes, shelter, school fee, or desire to buy a new motorbike/car can be fulfilled. First things first are getting to know your financial condition, and determine your needs not to wants, and choose top priority, the family has to prepare a household budget for current and future needs avoids unnecessary desires, and don’t “Big Pegs than the Pole” neither. One of the stages of financial family planning is preparing a household budget to prevent financial failure in the household.  The result or output of this activity is to increase knowledge of the importance of understanding, financial arrangements, improve family welfare to avoid dependence on borrowing money from creditors.

Abstract

AbstractOne of the components in Tridharma Colleges is implementing community service activities. Each lecturer has an obligation to perform devotion to the community who aims to share the knowledge that has to support the progress of society. The implementation of community dedication in this activity is the management of financial management in the small and medium industries in the Tangsel Berkibar community. Small and medium industries are one of the businesses that produce various types of products on the small and medium scale in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Industry No. 64/M-IND/7/2016.Small and medium-sized enterprises have a strategic role in national economic development. These dedication activities are also in line with government programs that drive the advancement of small and medium enterprises. The goal of this activity is the members of the Tangsel Berkibar community. This Program is implemented for 3 days (26-28 April 2019). The method is to provide training on financial management for the small and medium industries. The results showed that the participants were enthusiastic about training to run the financial arrangements in his business. For subsequent devotion, activities are expected to provide ongoing training to improve the ability of small and medium industry actors in implementing financial management.
